When the frames, the small accessories (towel dryer rails, foot rails, control system elements, mounting elements, etc.) are ordered alone (meaning without any heater), they bear additional shipping costs (current rates).

MAKING AN ORDER

Procedure

The first order triggers the issue of a pro-forma invoice and the creation of your professional customer account.

Step 1: Elements to provide for making an order by email.

Order by email: contact@degxel.com
Provide the exact product codes (and designation if possible) (copy and paste as above) and the corresponding quantities.
Provide your delivery and billing addresses + name/phone of the contact that receives the goods.

Step 2: We provide you a pro-forma invoice within 48h.

Do you want to proceed with your order? Send us by email “good for production”.
Are these your first orders? Settle the order by a bank transfer (see bank details below). Upon receipt of your payment we acknowledge receipt. Upon shipment of the goods we send you an email with individual package tracking number(s) and the contact details of the carrier so you can take an appointment.
When the order flow becomes regular: you switch to a payment method in 30 days (after validation of our sales department).
PS: we do not take phone orders. Only email orders are valid.
